It is a course for family outings with young children. It is very rolling because it takes small roads and good tarmac tracks. It allows you to join Quézac along the Tarn, and gardens of Ispagnac. A small loop in the village of Quézac and at the end of the bridge of Quézac, take a path downhill left along the Tarn. The most difficult part of the route is after Molines with a rather steep climb that leads over Ispagnac through the vineyards and back through the recent part of the village.
