Anaia Constellations will be combined with Kinesiology to support the group in a cosy, caring and deeply human environment.
Two approaches coming together, two complementary perspectives, to support you in a different way as you listen to what is happening within you, restore flow where something seems blocked, and open up new possibilities.
Family and Systemic Constellations offer a fresh perspective on what you’re going through and help you explore the connections, patterns or blockages that may be influencing your journey. Kinesiology will enrich this exploration by inviting us to listen in a different way to the body’s messages and to what is asking to be heard.
