Practical Advice
The route crosses a scree slope before reaching Chastelas. You can also follow the forest track that bypasses Chastelas. Adapt your equipment to the day's weather conditions. Remember that mountain weather can change quickly. Be sure to bring plenty of water, good hiking boots, and a hat.
