lovely little loop starting from Meyrueis, a charming village located at the entrance to the Jonte Gorges, at the foot of Mont Aigoual. This outing takes you to a beautiful 16th-century château and its small French-style garden. There are no strenuous physical challenges along these 5 km, making it a great introduction to trail running or a short recovery run.

Adapt your equipment to the day's weather conditions and remember that the weather can change quickly in the Cévennes. Bring water and food as needed. Make sure to close all gates and fences securely.
