The Nîmes-le-Vieux Trail showcases a variety of typical Causse Méjean landscapes: stony arid hillocks; a few hollows of deep soil overlaid with winding plough lines; steep promontories looming rampart-like; and vast stretches of craggy rocks, whose shapes fire your imagination and captivate you.
Practical Advice
Horseback and mountain biking are not allowed or adapted on the interpretive trails.Due to the presence of guard dogs:- we strongly advise you not to take your dog with you.- we strongly advise you not to visit the trail after 9 PMPlease close the portals along the route properly.
