5-Week Cycle: Sacred Paths: Shamanism and Connection to Life "An encounter with the plant world, the elements, and the seasons for an authentic reconnection with nature and your spiritual essence." A five-weekend cycle to connect with life, with others, and with yourself, notably through the encounter, each time, with a plant, a season, an element, and a rite of passage. Each weekend will be preceded by a period of plant-based fasting. The weekends will include shamanic practices, nature connection routines from indigenous cultures (8 Shields model), and time dedicated to the Goethean approach to plants and life. Between indoor and outdoor practices, in the magnificent setting of Lou Rey in the Lozère mountains, this cycle invites you to transform your way of being in the world: so that you can be in a lasting relationship of love with all living things. On the Program: plant ceremony, drum journey, harvesting and processing medicinal plants, ancestral arts, dream exploration... A cycle of five workshops, each exploring a different plant, season, element, or rite of passage; a chance to reconnect with your inner nature in a beautiful eco-retreat, featuring a renovated farmhouse surrounded by 39 hectares of forest and a stream. Our practice space is a large yurt. A commitment of 5 weekends during the 2025-2026 academic year. Price: €2025 for the 5 weekends, or €405 per weekend, including accommodation and full board.

It invites us to return to our center, to our heart, to live from there. The olive tree, an evergreen, reminds us of eternity and the life force. It invites us to bring our inner conflicts to light in order to make peace with them. The daisy, the Easter flower, brings us back to our inner child, to the playfulness and simplicity of a bright life. It invites us to embrace our own uniqueness with kindness. Elderberry, linked to water, is the "fairy tree." It shares its protective and healing power with us. With its white flowers and black berries, it guides us toward a path of union of our polarities. A rich program to connect with the living world within and around us: - Shamanic rituals and connection to nature spirits - Ancestral arts: making fire with a bow drill, harvesting and weaving plant fibers - Animal tracking and wandering in nature - Dream exploration and a mini-quest for night visions - Drum journeys and liberation through song and dance - Gathering and processing medicinal plants - Sharing stories and oral transmission These practices will allow you to explore your inner medicine, refine your listening to the subtle realms, and reconnect with the profound wisdom of Life. Nature, a powerful teacher Nature is a mirror, a learning ground where we can meet ourselves, confront ourselves, and refine our ego to align with our deepest self and its unique medicine. Throughout this journey, you will be guided through a process of profound transformation, where each season, each element, each teaching plant will accompany you on your inner path.

How to pay: Cheques and postal orders

The price includes: PRICE: €2025 for the 5 weekends, or €405 per weekend, including accommodation and full board. Meals are organic and vegetarian, sourced as locally and seasonally as possible, and made primarily from produce from Lou Rey's garden and wild foraging. Full payment is required during the first weekend. Payment in three installments is possible; in this case, all checks will be given during the first weekend, with deferred cashing if needed. Registration is confirmed with a deposit check of €450 (plus the remaining balance due on the first weekend, preferably in cash). Useful information

Location: Lou Rey, Eco Hamlet, Le Rey, 48160 Le Collet-de-Dèze. Arrival train station: Sainte Cécile d'Andorge (direct from Nîmes and Alès). This workshop will take place with a minimum of 8 participants – maximum 12 places – registration closes September 30, 2025. Prerequisites: Participants must be in good physical condition, able to hike, sit on the ground, sleep outdoors, swim in rivers, etc. Weekend preparation: A lighter diet and a plant-based diet will be recommended before each weekend workshop to enhance the connection with the plant's essence. Small projects will be assigned between sessions. Materials to bring: a notebook for these workshops, a zafu (meditation cushion), and a yoga mat.
