After passing through the magnificent beech forest of the Altefage wood, we arrive at the Sapet pass where the view opens up, it is magnificent. Cévennes valleys, cans, Causse Méjean and the Aigoual massif in the distance. Narrow descent to Saint Julien d'Arpaon. We join Florac by the national road, be careful. Pass through the beautiful town of Florac. Gentle ascent following the Tarn towards Le Pont de Montvert.

Practical Advice
Indicative time based on 14 km per hour. Excellent physical condition required. Wearing a helmet is highly recommended. Do not forget your repair kit and a small tool kit. Slow down in villages and hamlets.
