La Cambuse restaurant, located on Mont Lozère, offers traditional homemade cuisine made from fresh products mainly sourced from small local producers (Mont Lozère meat, Lozère fish farms, local vegetable growers, and regional cheeses).

The restaurant also operates as a wine merchant, offering take-away prices on a selection of wines—all organic and purchased directly from the winemakers. A local range of organic beers is also available. Fruit juices and syrups come from small producers in the Cévennes.

This cozy spot seats 18 indoors and features a panoramic terrace with stunning views of the Bougès and Aigoual mountains.
